Registration

CSCWD 2019 registration is available using the online registration form.

Registration Fees

Registration Fee will cover the followings:

1. A USB Conference Proceedings containing all CSCWD 2019 conference papers;
2. 1 reception, 3 lunches, 1 conference banquet, morning and afternoon refreshments;
3. Access to all planned conference sessions;

Registration Policy

1. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings ONLY if at least one author registers for the conference.
2. An accepted paper must have a registration completed by March 18, 2019, otherwise it is considered to withdrawn.
3. One single extra paper for the same author may be included in a registration, provided the extra paper fee is paid.
4. Student registration can be used to attend the conference, but CANNOT be used for the publication of accepted papers.
5. A student attendee must provide a copy of his/her student ID or a letter from the related Department Head/Chair stating that theattendee is a full time student.
6. IEEE Member must provide member number.

Refund Policy

1. There will be no refunds to the authors.
2. Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend are entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee if a request is received in writing on or before April 15, 2019. There will be no refunds after that date.
